I have looked into the customers account and she had selected $47 paleo course upgrade this is a one time fee and on top that she will be charge for a monthly fee for the Paleo Challenge.

account hence she continued getting charge. We have cancelled and refunded her account the $54 and it should reflect back into her account within 3-5 business days.

As I am satisfied that MyDiet is ready to cancel my account and refund me my requested monetary amount, I want to make it very clear that I did not sign up for the premium membership nor did I ever enter my debit card information on that particular page to sign up for it. Also, I have a saved conversation on my computer with a MyDiet representative talking about this extra charge, [redacted] conversation [redacted] but after waiting on the online chat box for over 20 minutes for a rep, I had to leave the conversation for other phone calls. Considering this company was rated an "F" by the Revdex.com, it is no surprise to me, that they are trying to cover up what they did and blame the customer.
Please proceed with full cancellation of my "account" and I will be watching my bank statements closely for the $54.00 refund. Please also destroy any personal information you have on me and my debit card. If I ever see any other charges from MyDiet or anything similar, I will file an additional complaint at that time.

I do appreciate your help in this matter and also the response in which the company refunded me the entire amount. This complaint was made because of the principal in this matter, not the amount of money.
