We are very sorry that the customer is dissatisfied with our responseHowever, we would like to know the outcome of their repairs at the shop in OregonWe did what we thought was best for the customer to get them back on the road as soon as possible, even putting their repairs ahead of othersIf the issue with their ac is a problem that was not present at the time of their visit in Texas, we would like to knowWe are also a very reputable service center with almost years of satisfied customersUnfortunately, in this business, there will be customers who we are unable to satisfyBut the countless, loyal customers that we do seem to satisfy repeatedly, make this business worthwhile

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.We arrived at the business mid day on Thursday and not FridayWe were told on Thursday to bring the coach in the next morningI brought the coach in before 8AM on FridayI spoke to the owner and told him we were going out of town for the day to see a wild life parkI asked the owner when to call and he told me not to call him and that he would call usThe business called us in the afternoon and we picked up the coach and paid $We left Granbury Texas on Monday morning and headed to Amarillo Texashours into the trip the AC blew hotTurning around and driving back to Granbury and getting a motel room would just be compounding the expenseAs customers we were treated with uncommon rudeness and we of course got no value from this businessThe only practical solution would be a partial or full refund

Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do without the vehicle here in our facilityThe ac was working when it left here on Friday, around 11amThe repairs we made are legitimate, as well as paymentWe did add freon as it was very lowWe did replace the valve where the leak was detectedAnd we completed the job within just a few hours in order to accommodate the needs of the customer to repair quickly. As far as the cause of the AC not working hours into the trip could be many thingsUnless we can see it ourselves, we cannot diagnose the issueWe do stand behind our service and have been in business for many years with very satisfied customersI apologize that the customer feels that we were rude in any wayThe customer needs to understand that we are a very busy shopWe do tell customers that we will call them when a quote is ready, or when repairs have been completedWhen customers call to find out the status of their vehicle, it stops the technician from working on the vehicle, which puts the repairs further behind. Refund is not approved at this timeIf they would like for us to warranty the work (if that is the problem), or see what else is going on, we would be more than happy to do soThis must be in our shop as we are a one location businessPlease call ###-###-#### at their earliest convenience

Mr. [redacted] came into our shop on a mid Friday morning. Our busiest day of the week. Our shop is by appointment because we are so busy, so we have you drop your vehicle first thing in the morning, and leave it with us to give us time to diagnose and address the problem.  We obliged the...

customers needs of just passing through town and leaving to go to Washington the next day. We got their motorhome in immediately. We did tell the customer that we would call them... they repeatedly asked when we would be done, and when they could pick it up. They needed this fixed fast and agreed that unless they needed a new AC System, we would just fix any minor problems. At the time, the only issue found was a faulty expansion valve. So we did an evac & charge. We replaced the valve. Also they were 56 ounces low of freon. We added the freon, as well as a dye to detect any leaks later on. At the time, no other leaks were found. The ac worked great when the customers left and were very pleased with how quick we got them in and got them back on the road. We have not received a phone call from the customer. As stated on our invoice, all work has a warranty period of 1 year, parts and labor. We cannot diagnose any further issues with the customer in another state. They would have to bring it back to us, and let us check it out. And we would be happy to do so. We do not conduct business via email, as we just cannot check the email every day. Had the customer called us in six hours when their unit quit blowing cold, we could have checked it then. But again, we have never received a phone call. Our number is on the invoice that they signed. Attached is a copy of the signed invoice.

We are very sorry that the customer is dissatisfied with our response. However, we would like to know the outcome of their repairs at the shop in Oregon. We did what we thought was best for the customer to get them back on the road as soon as possible, even putting their repairs ahead of others. If the issue with their ac is a problem that was not present at the time of their visit in Texas, we would like to know. We are also a very reputable service center with almost 33 years of satisfied customers. Unfortunately, in this business, there will be customers who we are unable to satisfy. But the countless, loyal customers that we do seem to satisfy repeatedly, make this business worthwhile.

At this point, the only resolution will be to find out the cause of the ac system failure. As the customer cannot come back to our facility, we must wait for diagnosis from the repair shop in Oregon. We maintain our stance behind our work. Air conditioners fail for so many reasons. And with that being said, the customer cannot assume that with work being done in our shop is the cause of the failure. Again, we got the customer in very quickly, although we had been turning other customers away or scheduling for the following week because of our work load. But we understood their situation and did everything we could, at the time, to fix their problem in a very short amount of time to get them back on the road. The work that we did was justified as was payment for our services. The motorhome left here on friday in working order and the customers were very pleased. When they left on their trip 3 days later, and 6 hours on the road, another issue arose. We do sympathize with the inconvenience of their ac not working and wish them better luck and safe travels on the remainder of their trip.
