I had an excellent experience today with Myers Comfort I set the appointment up over a week ago The technician called me at the very beginning of the window of the time he was scheduled The technician was polite and efficient I had things he needed to fix and he fixed of them within one hour The 6th issue the technician said he would refer back to my appliance/ repair insurance company to see if they will cover it He explained what the fix would require and without any pressure, he let me know it wasn't an "essential" repairI will definitely be calling Myers back and asking for this particular technician

This company is so not worth a phone call AT ALL This isn't even the correct contact Number for them!!!! I'm waiting on them right now to come out and fix my Central unit for the 6th time in 1month, and its Alabama heat!!!! ð ð ð ð if it were negative stars for ratings I would click all of them!!!!!

The 6th issue the technician said he would refer back to my appliance/ repair insurance company to see if they will cover it.
