Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: mr myers indicated to me that the 1st portion of the balance was due to start the job I authorized that expense He indicated on occasions that my credit card would not be charged until the electrical work was completed and that I would be called He NEVER called me and could not even recall the job When I called several weeks later he asked his secretary to deal with me To date I have never gotten a credit card receipt nor a work order indicating the work completed What he did was ILLEGAL Consumer affairs has been contacted as well as other legal and judicial entities He has no right to bring up any other entities as he has No first hand knowledge It is interesting to note it has taken almost weeks to respond to the complaint People need to know the unscrupulous behavior of this so called company I will make every effort to inform other prospective clients of this shameful behavior Regards, [redacted]
