I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below He told me from the beginning that he would stand behind his work no matter whatShe ( his wife) is now saying that the problem was on the insideThat is very strange because after using the a/c unit he installed for only one week we were completely out of FreonHe told me himself that there was a very large leak in the unitThis unit was given to him and now I see whyHe just goes around getting these pieces of equipment and the passes them on to people knowing they do not work or that there is a problem with them and then when problems arise, he doesn't want to take care of the matter Once again, he installed a unit telling me that it was not brand new but just like new and he would stand by it no matter whatHe told me that he would take the unit back and give me but nothing elseAnd at this time I just want him to go awayI have called and left a message telling him to come and pick up the a/c unit and refund me the he offered meThere was nothing said about him refunding the money IF he could resale the unitI will not stop until I have been refunded at the very least the Regards, [redacted]
