That's not true, the item is still listed with the clerk of courts as unpaid Once the payment was made a lien release was suppose to be filed with the court for the judgement to be removed or at the very least state paid in full The court told me unless they file the paperwork it will not change even if I show the receipt or the draft from my bank account CME has failed to complete their final part of this transaction.see attached where item is still listed in court

To Whom It May Concern:I am responding to a complaint filed by [redacted] submitted to the Revdex.com on February 4, CME Federal Credit Union had taken a judgment against Ms [redacted] in 2010, which remained unpaid until December 11, 2015, at which time Ms [redacted] came into CME offices and paid, thus satisfying the judgment CME instructed our attorney to dismiss judgment w/o prejudice (copy attached) in February 2016.On February 25, CME updated all three credit bureaus to reflect a status of paid in full, zero balance CME considers this matter to be closed.Sincerely,

The merchant was interested in customer service and refunded/ credited my card

On February 17, 2016, Notice of Dismissal was filed with the court. Furthermore, CME FCU does not have any control as to when Ms***’s judgment will be released within the court system. Also, as of February 25, all three credit bureaus have been updated to reflect a status of paid in full/zero balance

Member mailed in a letter stating he was disputing two Visa charges. CME informed the member that he needs to fill out and sign an affidavit before CME can dispute any of the charges. The only item CME has received from Mr*** as of today, is a letter stating he is disputing these
charges, which we can use as his member letter. CME Federal Credit Union cannot move forward with the dispute until we receive a signed affidavit from Mr***. As of November 20th, CME has tried to contact Mr*** twice, once on November 7th and again on November 13th. As of today, Mr*** has not returned any of our phone calls. In order for CME to move forward with Mr***'s Visa disputes, we must receive his affidavit through mail and/or Docusign. CME will attempt to contact Mr*** again with the necessary documents

To Whom It May Concern:I am responding to a complaint filed by *** *** submitted to the Revdex.com on February 4, 2016. CME Federal Credit Union had taken a judgment against Ms*** in 2010, which remained unpaid until December 11, 2015, at which time Ms***
came into CME offices and paid, thus satisfying the judgment. CME instructed our attorney to dismiss judgment w/o prejudice (copy attached) in February 2016.On February 25, CME updated all three credit bureaus to reflect a status of paid in full, zero balance. I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me, if they follow through and this release was actually filed As I stated, this was paid last year and until I filed the complaint they had not taken the next step to send the release to the courthouse until now. I will be following up with the courthouse to see if there was a release sent and go from there. if the release was actually sent this time then I will accept this solution, even though I had to file a complaint before it was addressed at all

CME DocuSigned an affidavit to Mr*** on November 20, 2017. CME has attempted to contact Mr*** via phone to discuss the actions needed to get his dispute resolved. However, Mr*** will not return any of the phone messages. CME has sent Mr*** an affidavit through the mail on November 21, to the address provided. Mr*** must have the affidavit signed, notarized and mailed back to CME Federal Credit Union for us to process his request
