As stated by *** ***, she purchased dirt from us on 05/31/to grow grass based on theinstructions of a licensed & contracted Landscaper who was installing her yardShe wantedcompany 08/15/saying she was not satisfied because
the soil not growing grassI instructedour delivery driver to drop off a yard of soil additive to help in rich the soil to assist in the grass s;,edrooting processWe delivered the yard of enriched soil additive FREE of charge to *** to work withher on making a satisfied customer,
*** called back on 08/30/saying thanks for the additive but she did not have the funds orability to spread the additive into the yard & would someone please come out & look at her yardSo Idid drive out that day and met her at her home to see for myself what the problem wasShe still had afew yards of the original product on the side of her home that she mentioned she had set aside for herback yardWhen I pulled up to the home the pile of soil was in fact growing weeds and grass in it whichis the same product she used on her fount yardI pointed out to her that the soil she was in factcomplaining about, was growing grass, She then showed me how green her neighbor's yard was incomparison to her yardI pointed at that time that her neighbor had an in-ground automated sprinklersystem uniformly and timely watering their yardI also pointed out to her that her yard was still slopedto the run off ditch of the neighborhood storm water infrastructure & that her neighbors was notHelandscaper ordered the soil to make her front yard flat as the neighborhood apparently doesn't utilizethe storm water infrastructure any further but he did not fill in the front yard with enough product tomake the yard flatBut I was still sympathetic to her complaint & lack of ability to correct the yard byherselfThe additive was still in fact also still on the left had side of the driveway so I informed her thatwhen my business partner returned from vacation I would brain storm with him to see if there wassomething we could do to help her situationI asked her to please be patient as he was gone for a while& we had other employees on vacation at the time as wellShe assured me it was no rush & thankedme repeatedly for my time, advice & pointing out some of her original oversights,
I spoke to *** three more times over the phone after visiting her homeduring the course of those conversations I continued to communicate timing & that I had learned her landscaper was not properly licensed or bonded*** call to my office became confrontational with my staff & threateningShe threatened leaf action & had very erratic communication.
At one point she yelled at my office staff that I had not returned her phone call & became even more angry when my staff corrected her & told her she was standing right next to me when I left a message for her on her home phone just two hours prior to this call.
We did not install the soil, her grass seed, or have any control over her watering schedule of her yardWe CAN NOT warranty the work of a Landscaper that we do not have any affiliation withHer complaint of dust while she mows her yard is a perfect of example of under watering her yard and the lawn mower sucking up the dust because the yard is to dry After learning that she has in fact used the free yard of additive that we left for her front yard to fix the original complaint & used the remaining dirt for her back yard we consider this matter resolved.
