I sent the response to the Attorney General office where I received an emailthis is a copyDear Sir,Issue 1:? The car ran fine before the flush was done.? hours before the car was due to ship, Mr*** called and requested the car be flushedThis was done to the car and there was no

The problem is most likely the pedal had started to sagWhen this happens it makes the cruise control unit think the brake has been applied and will not engage the unit.? Mr*** was not charged for the installation and can be found on Invoice #lines 1,2,3,He was charged for the unit he requested to get for his carBecause the cruise control was working when it was picked up by the transport company the brake pedal was not checked for the current problem he has.Issue 3:? Emergency brake.? Mr*** has had a custom rear brake system installed.? He never provided me with the person or company who installed the system, there was no Bracket and I installed one, made it work as best as the current system allows.? This is found on invoice #Lines 1,2,3,4.Issue 4:? LED headlights not installed here and the process is not just putting the LED in place of current bulbs.? The alternator must be changed and wiring done to accept the new system.? I have not done this and was non-committal when asked about the headlights.? I have changed tail light/brake light and turn signal/ parking lights and these were converted and charged forWill be found on invoice #line and invoice #Line 5.Mr*** called the shop when I was not on the premises and was transferred to Steve who installed the cruise control.? Steve spoke with him for approximately to minutes asking him to check a few things and call him on his personal cell.? Steve received no such call or communication.I am not paying/refunding Mr*** to have a mechanic/person to do work that he was never charged for.Very respectfully yours,Michael D M***?

driving the car after to check the status. Weather did not permit. This is located on invoice #5 lines 6-9.Issue 2:  Cruise control was ordered, per his request of a Rostra unit. The cruise control worked when it was tested here. This car is 31 years old; the most common problem is in the brake pedal if it is not working correctly.  The problem is most likely the pedal had started to sag. When this happens it makes the cruise control unit think the brake has been applied and will not engage the unit.  Mr. [redacted] was not charged for the installation and can be found on Invoice #4 lines 1,2,3,4. He was charged for the unit he requested to get for his car.
