This is my third year ordering from My Esrog and I have been very p!eased. The set arrived safely and on time, is as described. Living as we do in rural Minnesota, 100 miles from the nearest synagogue, we are very grateful to have a reliable dealer who can ship us the Four Species to do this mitzvah. With regard to the above mentioned complaint, the customer claims they were trying to get a refund since September, however the first we heard of their issue was via email on December...

**, 2013. Customer stated they called in September to request a replacement, however we reviewed all of our phone records for the months of September and October and did not find any incoming calls from any of the numbers the customer provided that she may have called from.
In any case, we were willing to resolve the issue with the customer by issuing a refund but were unable to refund her card since more than 120 days had already passed from the purchase date, so on 2/**/14 we mailed a refund check to the address she provided. On March [redacted]she let us know it was never received and we checked our bank account and did indeed see that the funds were not debited. Therefore, we assumed the check has gotten lost in the mail. We immediately offered to send the money to the customer via Paypal so there would be no issue with checks getting lost, and that is exactly what we did. Since we already sent the money to the customer via Paypal and have proof of that in our Paypal account, we see no reason for this complaint being that it has already been resolved.

Review: Product received was damaged and unusable. I have been attempting to get a refund since September 2013. On 2/**/14 I received a message that a refund check would be mailed to me. I have still not received a refund despite follow up requests.
