Manager of this office is very anger person is not fit for job. I was seen on 10/18/2024.I give my own frame to put new lenses. My order # 50593320. My frame was perfect when I go home & check nose pads was welded. Next day I went to office manager was not there. I was advised to see manager. After 2 days I went to office I told him. he refused to accept that nose pads was welded by them or the company who put the new lenses. He start shouting on me. and asked me to leave office.
I want my money back for lenses and office keep that lenses. I don't want any thing regarding my frame damaging.
