2 months for glasses!!!!!!!!
My husband went to the office In Ocala, Fl. at the Collage Rd. suite 100 office. Went in with prescriptipn on 11/17/22. Promise date of 12/01/22. As of today it is 1/03/23. They said they would be in 1/05/03. Manager said I can get a coupon of $25.00 . Not good enough! I use to refer this office to family and friends but NO MORE. My husband has a complex prescription we have had new lens done often. Never been so disappointed in my life. Our account # is34923567. I am going to the Better Business Bureau also. Have had every excuse possible for the delay. PLEASE help us. His glasses are held together with black tape. It is sad. Sincerely, Michel and Sharon Miller.

The co. will refund some money except for the lenses = $278. + The lenses did not work I cannot see good. I want to see an eye doctor. (EENT)

To Whom It May Concern,

Mr. came into the office to pick up his previously ordered spectacles on July 20th, 2018. He, at that time, refused to wear them for more than 30 seconds at a time, returning them to the lab manager and refusing to take them home.

We attempted to ask him questions about why he felt uncomfortable in the lenses and he simply stated that they were too strong, and he would hurt himself. We verified that the glasses were made to prescription verifications and informed him of such.

Mr. immediately asked for a full refund, stating he would not take them or wear them. We explained to him that he would need to speak with the doctor and return for a free check-up called a Spectacle Lens Check to try and verify why the prescription was not working for him. Mr., on July 20th, agreed to return for the Spectacle Lens Check on August 2nd, 2018.

When Mr. arrived on August 2nd, he refused to do the Spectacle Lens Check or see the doctor at all, stating simply that he wanted a full refund for the glasses. He wanted to speak to the office manager, who was not in the office.

He returned on August 06th, 2018 to speak with our office manager. In this meeting, she informed him she would give him a partial refund as he did not give us the opportunity to evaluate or fix his complaint in any way, shape or form. He would still be charged for the professional service of the creation, edging, and installation of his lenses into the frame.

Despite feeling as though we extended full effort to correct this issue and create a positive relationship with our patient, Mr. was not willing to extend even a minimal effort in response.

In conclusion, we had already decided on August 6th, 2018 after speaking to Mr. to give him the full refund that he paid on his glasses which is $771.20. The $815.20 included the professional services for his exam which he agreed during our conversation he did not want.
