I had to blow up at this place today*** street, fort *** fl XXXXX)
I went in for my eye exam in FebruaryEveryone was more preoccupied with getting back into their kitchen because someone locked the door VS providing good customer serviceI overlooked itThey could not verify my insuranceI overlooked it and paid for everything myselfI had my eye exam and the doctor spent a ton of time looking for things since that eyelab wasn't his locationHe could have become familiar with the lab instead of sitting in a chair reading a magazine while waiting for his first patientI overlooked itWhen checking out I asked for my receipts so I could place a claimIt then dawned on me that I wasn't dilatedI asked why and was told it wasn't necessaryNever had an exam where I wasn't dilated, but I overlooked itGot the glasses, after one day of wearing them I felt the prescriptions were wrongI overlooked it and went today to Walmart and decided to get the glasses done againWalmart couldn't do anything because eyelab never dated the prescriptionWalmart tried to get it faxed over and kept getting put on holdFinally the Walmart rep was told I had to fax them a release to get the prescription and that's when all *** broke looseAfter bad customer service and bad product instead of verifying my info over the phone I had to fax a release over and trust that they would immediately handle it? I decided a trip to eyelab was necessary and blew upI couldn't overlook it anymoreI spent money that I worked hard for AND CAN"T GET BACK FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY COMPLETELY BECAUSE THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE RECIEPT FOR THE EYE EXAM! I dealt with two people there, one that said he was the manager yet for some reason when I was yelling at him some woman came over an interjectedI wanted to take my glasses and throw them in her faceShe told me that legally they couldn't fax my information over with a signed consent and that I looked like the type of person that would sue if they did something they weren't suppose toFirst thing, I am getting my eyes re-examinedI don't trust these mnsSecond, if the prescription is wrong I will request a complete refund and if refused will seek legal restitution since little missy miss miss thinks that is the type of person I amI am posting this on yelp and on facebook and will be filing a complaint with their headquarters and Revdex.comThey suck
