[redacted] Hello my name is [redacted] I had a complaint filed against a company and I'm hoping to with draw my complaint it was against my ez auto broker in my vernon ohio [redacted]

The customer informed us today that she wishes to withdraw the complaint but that she cannot figure out how to do that I told her she would need to contact Revdex.com for assistance if that is what she wished to do

Regardless of what was wrong with the vehicle, or wasn't wrong with the vehicle, we feel very badly when any customer has issues with their car and isn't happy with our help and offer to remedy. Rather than dispute the facts, we'd be happy to offer to pay half of the cost of Mr***'s
battery since he feels we should share responsibility for this cost four months after his purchase. We are doing this not out of obligation, but in an effort to help Mr*** with the unexpected cost and as a token of our appreciation for his business. In the instance Mr*** would like to take us up on this offer, we need Mr*** to please upload a copy of the invoice for the battery so we know how to split the cost. We sincerely hope that the minor issues Mr***s has experienced are now resolved

We could not be more sorry that Ms*** has had issues with her *** We have shown our concern by continuously making attempts to remedy the issue that keep reoccurring and causing her headaches We currently have Ms*** in a free loaner car, and have
outsourced her *** to a professional automotive electrician to attempt to figure out the hidden issue once and for all As we have reiterated to Ms***, we are committed to helping her find and remedy the cause of this issue with her vehicle and nothing has changed or is changing We hope to have her vehicle back from the electrician the week of July 10th and will report back at that time again We thank Ms*** for her continued patience and we look forward to the pending solution

We are very sorry that *** *** is not satisfied with her purchase. In an effort to provide help to *** *** per her request we have two options for her to choose from: She can bring the car in to our service facility, and we can clearly state what we are willing/able to fix on
the car for her in writing after a more thorough inspection of the car. We can designate what is being offered as a "good will repair" and what she would need to pay for if she would like things fixed outside of what we are able to offerWe have tried scheduling her in for this evaluation after receiving the complaint but she did not show up for the appointment. We can "unwind" the financing for her with the finance company that purchased her loan so that she can be free of liability for the car and be free to purchase at a different dealership of her choice If *** *** would like to reschedule the car in to our service shop, she can do so by calling Eric J*** at ###-###-#### or Chris T*** at ###-###-####. We can evaluate the car for her while she waits, provide her an offer for service in writing, and upload this offer to the Revdex.com for the record while she is here.If *** *** would like to "unwind" the financing, we would require that the car be returned to the dealership by the end of business 10/09/and we will have her sign a cancellation formWe will in turn inform the bank that we need to unwind the financing and release *** *** of liability. A copy of this form can be made available to the Revdex.com if that is the path she chooses.We look forward to helping with whichever solution *** *** feels is best for her

I am rejecting this response because: There is no number or even address in which a consumer can contact the business on the credit report When attempted to contact credit bureaus for assistance no information was provided outside of do a google search I would've contacted you directly had Inhad the appropriate information This was never meant to be frivolous as I don't recall initiating this application no speaking to anyone, this is in part due to a medical condition I do apologize, if you feel as if this a frivolous claim In regards to the dates provided, I am only indicating what shows on my credit reports I would appreciate you honoring the request for a letter of deletion

Ms. [redacted] applied for credit via our website at 6:53 pm 05/04/16.  Ms. [redacted] elected in her online application to this:  "I agree that by submitting this application, I authorize and give this dealership, as well as any potential financing source this dealership presents this...

application to, my consent to obtain my credit report from any credit reporting agency used to complete an investigation of my credit".  Ms. [redacted] fielded phone call from salesperson the morning of 05/05 to verbally confirm that she submitted the application online and provide more details on the application per the salesperson's request.  The salesperson requested pay stub from Ms. [redacted], and Ms. [redacted] was given an email address to send them to.  Ms [redacted] emailed pay stubs to sales person 05/05/16 11:15a.   Dealership pulled a [redacted] only credit report at 11:22 am on 05/05/16.  Finance Manager informed sales person at 12:47p on 05/05/16 that we could indeed help Ms. [redacted].   Sales person left Ms. [redacted] a phone message at 1:32p 05/05/16.  Ms. [redacted] returned the phone message four minutes later at 1:36pm and was given the information about her approval verbally.  Ms. [redacted] indicated that she would like to call back after work to discuss further.  We never heard from Ms. [redacted] again.  Any other inquiry(s) that Ms. [redacted] claims to have been pulled by myezautobroker.com are not accurate.  We pulled the credit one time through [redacted] only per Ms. [redacted]' request.   Evidence attached.I would not have had a problem helping Ms. [redacted] if she is making some sort of attempt to clean up her credit had she made even a single attempt to contact the dealership and ask that of us through the proper channels.   We are in the business of helping people.  We do not take lightly frivolous complaints against our company as we strive hard to follow all rules regulations and laws in a sincere effort to treat applicants and customers with integrity.

Please read the email chain below.  There was an error on an older car we had where a lower price was offered on the internet.   This customer brought this to my attention at 3:27p and I acknowledged and offered to honor the price 3 minutes later at 3:30p....

   Furthermore, I offered 4 minutes later to finance the unit for her at the lower price just to cover all of my bases.  I will spare you the recap of the harassment we’ve received from this woman, but a restraining order was actually considered.  She went absolutely bonkers.  We believe the catalyst for her anger was that she could not afford the down payment, but we never had the opportunity to work on it further for her to reduce it. Please let me know if you need anything additional from me outside of the emails showing I quickly corrected my mistake and offered to honor the lower price that was erroneously advertised.
