Charge 4 times for product after ordering free trial.
Ordered a free trial of skin product after checking to make sure I wasn't signing up for a subscription. Credit card info was given to pay shipping charge. Within 3 weeks my credit card was charged $89.99 4 times for the product, after which I received another shipment. Located their customer service email address and sent message requesting cancellation of the subscription and a return authorization of the shipment. After a week they responded saying they couldn't locate my account and asked for more information. Sent more info and they responded saying they couldn't locate my account and provided a customer service phone no. Called the number and got a recording the number was not in service.
Want a refund for all of the charges and a valid customer service phone number.
Customer clearly agreed to the terms and conditions of our automatic shipment program when purchasing a trial. We then complied and sent the customer her order on a recurring basis until she canceled. The customer has already initiated 4 chargebacks from her issuing credit card institution. We feel this was due fraudulently and will fight the customer. The customer never returned any of the products that have been shipped and billed to her and now have been charged back.
