DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!THIS IS A SCAM!!! SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!!! Booked a flight over a month in advance and E-MAIL SAID I WOULD GET AN E TICKET ONCE MY CARD WAS CHARGED TOOK A FEW HOURS BE CHARGES WENT ON MY DEBT CARD. THEN FOR 2 WEEKS I TRIED TO GET MY E-TICKETS NEVER RECEIVED TICKET . SO CALLED SAT ON HOLD FOR AN 1 HOUR . WHEN I DID FINALLY SPEAK WITH SOMEONE THEY DIDN'T SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. THAT PERSON SAID MY TICKETS WEREN'T ISSUED BECAUSE THE AIRLINE MIS QUOTED AMOUNT OF TICKET . THAT IF I STILL WANTED MY TICKET I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $352.00 MORE OR GET A REFUND. I WANTED A REFUND THIS WAS ON 7/17/20 STILL NO REFUND. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ON DIFFERENT DAYS . ONE DAY I GOT HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES ONCE I SAID I WAS CALLING ABOUT MY REFUND. THE FIRST TIME I CALLED 6/17/20 THEY SAID BECAUSE OF COVID MY REFUND WOULD BE 23-28 WORKING DAYS & THAT NORMALLY IT WAS 14 DAYS . 2ND TIME I CALLED 7/15/20 THEY SAID TO GIVE 4 OR 5 MORE DAYS THEY SEE WHERE MY REFUND IS BEING PROCESSED. THEN 3RD CALL THEY SAID 4 TO 5 MORE DAYS. I ADVISED HAS BEEN OVER 40 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE I CALLED.STILL WAITING FOR MY $280 REFUND. I HAD TO RENT A CAR & DRIVE 15 HOURS ONE WAY SINCE THIS COMPANY NEVER ADVISED MY I WASN'T GETTING MY PLANE TICKET.

I don't want to give a 1 star you should have the option of NO STAR. ON JUNE 5 I booked a flight with this company. On June 30 I received my confirmation and eticket The day before I was flying I tried to do my check-in online and the reservation could not be found. I called the company and waited an hour before they answered and they hung up on me. I called again and waited 55 minutes and the agent told me that the flight was not operation for two days and to call the airline directly and gave me an 1-800 number. I did call that number but that number was not functional. So I tried to call the airline direct number and the agent at the airline inform me that the flight was NEVER cancelled and it was still OPERATIONAL and to call back the Agency that sold my ticket because they did not release the ticket in the system. I called back the Agency and took over an hour for them to respond, and I explain the situation and the Agent said that I have to call an 1-833 number and hung up on me. It was late and my flight was the next day. I ended up buying another ticket with the Airline directly. Very poor customer service or none. I want my reimbursement for the flight I bought with them but they don't follow up. FRUSTRATED

Very poor service. I was flying to two destinations with same booking. The day before I leave I tried to do my check-in and the system could not find my reservation. I called them and waited for an hour before an agent came and I explain I was looking for my reservation and they hung up on me. I call again 55 minutes wait and an agent said that the flight was non operational for two days now but they never inform me by email or phone that it was cancel. I call the airline directly and they told me that the flight was never cancel and that it is the responsibility of the Agency to send me my ticket. I tried again and was waiting for more than an hour, got an agent and explain the situation and hung up on me. What to do now - they were paid for this trip - how do I get reimbursed?

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Booked a flight over a month in advance and got told the day before leaving that my ticket was cancelled. Email before calling said my flight was cancelled. Not ticket. I was also charged 3 days after booking. Called American Airlines when I got told my ticket was cancelled by MyFlightSearch and they said it was cancelled a month ago. Had to book my flight for the next day directly through American Airlines. My ticket costed about $500 more than it was on MyFlightSearch but customer service was MUCHHHHH better and was able to get my ticket at the lowest possible price. When I had called to speak to a representative at MyFlightSearch, it was difficult to understand the representative because they barely speak English. Might I add that I got hung up on the first time I called. Had to wait about 20 minutes on hold to even talk to a representative. In which they argued that my ticket was cancelled by the airline within the past couple days. FALSE!!!!! Highly do not recommend using MyFlightSearch to book a flight. It was a total scam and even American Airlines said it was. Currently trying to get my $300 back from them. Never use them unless you want your money and trip to go to waste.

Flights were cancelled without notice. I have had a terrible time getting through to someone to rectify the problem and get a refund. Zero costumer service. Terrible communication. Not sure what I can do now.

Fraudulent, tried charging me 3 times for one purchased flight. I had to cancel my card and made numerous calles in an attempt to see their error. I was only able to speak to one rep every day I called for a week straight. The charges came from not just one state but three different states in the US. Same amount and same company just different locations. I am still fighting with my Visa banking facility ober this April 2020 purchase of one ticked being charged twice. The third charge was attempted after I cancelled the purchasing card. Do not use this company it was only 12$ difference then Amarican airlines. Just go through the company for purches.

Poor customer service. Got 2 different story's on my documents I emailed to purchase tickets. Called to check on them they say they got them then 2 days later they say they didn't get them had to lock my card for suspensions activity. Got the same tickets
directly through delta better service.
