Horrible experience
I ordered a custom plate on 08/21/2022 and today, 01/23/2023 I still have not received it. I emailed them prior to the holidays, and they claimed that it was still in process. Now I'm emailing them, and the emails are undeliverable. Complete SCAM stay away from this company.

Scam maybe
I order a specialty plate (endless summer) back in August 10. However it is now September 10 and have not received my plate. I don’t want to believe I got scammed but still haven’t heard back from them. Emailed multiple time to no response so from what it is looking probably did.

Scammed
I did not realize this was a third party vendor. Very shady. And such an important service! I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very demoralizing. The state should not allow this vendor to continue.

Scam! DO NOT USE
Ordered a plate over 60 days ago. I have not received the plate. I tried calling the number and it goes straight to voicemail. No one returns my call. I also tried emailing and get no response. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general.

Guess I got SCAMMED too!
Ordered a specialty plate (Fish Florida) on 9/2/2021, and as of 4/28/2022, no plate, and as stated in several other recent reviews, no reply to calls or emails over the past 2-3 months. Totally understand and expected delays due to COVID and whatnot, but this has crossed the threshold of ridiculous...and the complete lack of customer service and radio silence is the most frustrating part of the whole situation. As a business owner myself, I'm disgusted by this owner and organization. Hope this owner sleeps well at night, but this appears to be a complete and utter SCAM/FRAUD. This is on me for not doing some better research. Do not order from this site! Will go directly to the state in the future.

Purchased specialty plate with renewal on October 2021 and contacted them 30 days after and 60 days after. Received replies saying they are delayed due to COVID. I was understanding and allowed them more time. Now, 6 months after the order, they are refusing to reply to phone calls or emails. Do a web search of this company, I am not alone. Michael "Mike" Towner is a fraudster.

SCAM
They ripped me off for $120! They never processed my order and then lied about refunding me my money. SCAM!

APPARENTLY JUST ANOTHER SCAM!
Ordered a Disney 50th Anniversary tag on November 10, 2021, as a gift for Christmas and said so in my initial order request. Later I received an email with a Fl DHSMV 83043 form to fill out. Submitted this immediately and never heard a word after I paid. So now after almost 3 full months with no response, I will pursue whatever legal remedies I can including but not limited to going to the State's Attorney's Office. Deal with the State of Florida directly, they have all the needed resources online.

Wish I reviewed this company sooner
Made an order in May, it is now July and there has been zero response to any emails or calls regarding the order status. Registration is now expired. Fulfillment status has been on "awaiting processing" since the order was made. This is like the numerous other complaints filed. Stay away from this site. Go in person to renew and/or get your specialty plate

MyFloridaSpecialtyPlate took our money in June and has not even started the order. Now as of today the registration is overdue.

I ordered a new plate design on july 2 and have tried numerous times recently to get ANY info on when my order was submitted to the florida clerk. No replies. It has now been 79 days and my registration is expired - what am I to do?? I guess this money is lost and now I have to go get a sticker for my current plate that is expired. Never again will I use this service.

I ordered a florida specialty plate (fsp) on may 26 with the understanding it would be delivered within 42 days. on july 9 I emailed fsp asking for an update on the undelivered plate. response, delay due to covid, the panther plate should be delivered within the next 2 weeks. 9 weeks later, still no plate, 107 days since the initial order was placed. i've emailed and phoned numerous time without a response.

I'd ordered a custom plate in June 20 2020.. I made the payment and since then nobody answered my emails, phone calls so today Sept 09/2020 after three months of waitning for a response, I decided to come to the place in Fort Lauderdale, really far place from where I live, to see that NOBODY helps me and the lady who says is the secretary, ignores my case and not only did not help, I returned home without an answer. Really?!..

I ordered a custom plate (protect our reefs) on February 19, 2020 and my payment was confirmed on that date as well. I completely understand that due to Covid, there will be delays. However, I have tried calling, leaving voicemails, emailing, etc multiple times to check on my order status and nobody has gotten back to me at all (now it is August 2nd). As I said before, I know there are delays to be expected but it has now almost been 6 months and I haven’t heard anything.
To the owner- please know I would never write a review on the Revdex.com unless I felt it was necessary. If there is any news or updates you can give me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Ive been trying to connect via email,twxt, phone and no one seems to get my messages or care, I want to get a refund as this smells like fraud, my order is 40123 ,someone tell me how to get a refund

This is a scam. I ordered my custom license plate on Jan 20th 2020 and it's now Mar 8th and I never received anything. They promptly took my money, but never sent me a tracking order or anything. I emailed them for more information and a status on my order and was completely ignored. Will be filing as fraud with my bank.

Customer's order was submitted in February, we contacted by email to ask if a charge-back had been filed as the account was flagged. the customer did not/would not respond, so we assumed they had got their money back and we had incurred charge-back fees in addition to that. Not sure what else we could do to satisfy the customer after they had canceled the order for their Protect Florida Springs plate - the last email that was sent to ***@*** was on 4/6/20: "Hi ***, Did you file a charge-back? It looks like your file was flagged to stop. Sorry, we are operating remotely and I can check again tomorrow. Please let me know if a charge-back was filed so we can expedite resolution. We are running very late right now.

No response was forthcoming, so I guess they chose to communicate with Revdex.com instead of with us.

Ordered a U.S. Air Force plate for $85 waited over 3 months for this plate. Throughout the time I sent numerous emails and only received one back saying my order would be looked into well I ended up asking for a refund because after 3 over months of waiting it was clear I wouldn't be getting it anytime soon. I ended up going to the DMV and got it the same day, literally was in and out in 20 or less minutes with the plate and registration and it only cost me $58. So this service or company is a rip-off. Just go to a local DMV

We received an order from the customer for an Air Force specialty plate and annual renewal for a 2001 Silver BMW, he submitted the order on 12/3/2019. In fact, his registration had already expired on 11/9/2019, so he placed it knowing that his registration had already expired. Nevertheless, we expedited the order and it shipped to him on 12/11/19, well ahead of the 30-day minimum turnaround period that we state throughout the website.
He apparently submitted a second order for another vehicle (2019 Blue Genesis) on 12/3/19. His first complaint was received on 12/31/19, notwithstanding he was advised that it would be a minimum of 30 days turnaround, and despite the fact we had expedited his expired tag order at no additional cost.
He again complained on 1/12/20 and 1/15/20, we mistakenly thought his order had been shipped since there was no order reference number and the processed expired tag order came up as completed. When we discovered our error, we sent him an email on 2/13/20 and offered to process immediately or cancel and refund. He opted for a refund and he was refunded in full on 12/13/20.
Our costs are itemized on our website and, of course, our convenience is factored into those fees. We also have to pay the DMV processing fees that are already factored into the fees we pay to the Tax Collector in addition to our own credit card processing fees.
It is a pity he did not congratulate us on his first order being done so quickly for an expired tag, rather than file this comment/ "review" to deliberately affect our business on his second order where he received a full refund after we admitted we made a mistake and offered to fix it. I am sure getting tags at his local DMV/Tax Collector in Tampa are a lot less busy than Broward/Palm Beach/Miami locations. Thank you Revdex.com for the opportunity to respond to Mr. B 'review' of our business, I would particularly like to address his comment that we are a 'rip-off', considering the overall service he actually received.
