It is with great regret that we received this complaint regarding our savings clubIt saddens us that we were unable to help Mrs [redacted] maximize the most from your membershipWe take pride in our customer satisfaction and the reasons for her frustration are not in our philosophy We want to assure you time has been invested to determine the mistake and we take full responsibility for any inconvenience this has brought Mrs*** We sincerely apologize for the trouble you have experienced with us recentlyAs a result and as a token of our acceptance to this mistake we will refund Mrs***’s money from the start of her membershipIn addition the cash back rebate Visa card was tracked and we invite Mr [redacted] to keep the benefits Mrs [redacted] specified she is waiting for a refund for $from December 2014- July We have issued a refund for a $for the month to month membership from November 3rd, – July 14th, instead making this a full refund for her membership with My Grocery Discounts.com We strive for the customer satisfaction and we want to ensure a gratifying experience for all of our customers Mrs***’s feedback was appreciated and allowed us to take necessary precautions to eliminate this and similar issues from happening again Please accept our apology and do not hesitate to contact us should you have any other concerns or inquiries Best, My Grocery Discounts.com

part of our business practice
Mrs.*** sent in rebate
receipts for the month of May and in June and in the respected time frame our
terms and conditions stipulated we issued a $prepaid visa gift in June and a
$gift card in May for the gas voucher she claimedBoth cards were mailed to
Mrs.***’s home addressMost recently Mrs.*** sent in rebates for
August that were processed and fulfilled on 09/07/in the amount of
$
During several conversations
with our customer support team and in written membership materials sent to
Mrs.*** our terms and conditions state the processing time for processing
is 4-from receipt
We
sincerely apologize for the trouble Mrs.*** has experienced with us
recentlyMrs.*** is requesting a refund of $which we will
respectfully credit back to her account
Please
note however since the service is cancelled and the membership charges from the
start of enrollment will be refunded she will no longer be entitled to receive
the rebates she receives in the mail

Regardless
we take pride in our customer satisfaction and Mrs.[redacted] frustration is not
a part of our business practice. We sincerely apologize for the trouble
Mrs.[redacted] has experienced with us recently.
Mrs.Seichter
contacted our support team on June 23rd, 2015 at which time she requested
to cancel her membership. Our team is always prepared to ensure a gratifying experience
for all our customers and her trial membership was cancelled immediately.  
Mrs.[redacted] refers to a jewelry purchase in her complaint. This item and the charge of
$59.85 is not a charge or product of My Grocery Discounts.com and we encourage Mrs.[redacted] to investigate her frustration with that company and her bank.  We are deeply saddened that due to this confusion
Mrs.[redacted] in distress.
Our
records indicate and we can confirm that on June 9th, 2015 Mrs.[redacted] agreed to enroll in My Grocery Discounts.com on a trial period and she was
provided with our toll free customer service numbers to call for assistance or to
simply cancel. These toll free numbers were provided as Mrs.[redacted] requested
her membership materials to be sent by mail.  We have not charged Mrs.[redacted] anything
other than the 1.95 trial fee she authorized at the time of enrollment. Mrs.[redacted] presumably understood the terms as she called to cancel.
I
reiterate that the charge and complaint of $61.80 was not processed by My
Grocery Discounts.com. We invite Mrs.[redacted] to consider contacting her bank
regarding these charges and to please understand these claims against us are
false.
We apologize
for any inconvenience Mrs.[redacted] has experienced and sincerely hope she is
able to get to the root of her problem.

a refund for a $143.00 for the month to month membership from November 3rd,
2015 – July 14th, 2015 instead making this a full refund for her
membership with My Grocery Discounts.com

satisfaction and we want to ensure a gratifying experience for all of our customers.
Mrs. [redacted]’s feedback was appreciated and allowed us to take necessary precautions
to eliminate this and similar issues from happening again.
