I have listened to the call and the customer verbally agreed to keep the subscription for the year with the promise of canceling the automatic renewalIf this is not what you wanted, you will need to call and speak with us about itWe do not offer cancellation by emailWe provide instructions on our site on how to cancel the trial yourself, as well as a phone number in the emails we send to call us if you need to cancel the trial

The representative this customer spoke with refunded the full amountIt takes 3-business days for a refund to process

I have alerted our representative that you were not satisfied with the result of the call and someone will call to discuss this with you

We are open AM - PM MST with an hour lunch from 12-I do see that a dispute was open in Paypal on this account and a refund was issuedPlease allow 3-business days for those funds to appear back in your account

I am rejecting this response because:After being told there was nothing they could do for me, I was frustrated and ended the call, which should not be confused as me agreeing to the chargesAlso, after speaking with the rep, my husband informed me that he DID email myheritage.com yesterday (the 14th day) to cancel the subscription (Ticket#***; see attached)Therefore, regardless of my conversation with the rep earlier, my credit card should not have been charged, and I still expect a full refund

When an email refund request is submitted, we have a representative try to contact the customer to speak with themFrom what I can see, we tried contacting this customer by phone and when we were unsuccessful, we did issue that full refund on July 16th which will take 3-business days to process

The payment is not reflecting on your account but I do see that a rep is handling this issue and I do see the proof of paymentWe will get that complete package added to your account immediately

Our DNA team will contact you regarding your issue

There are no accounts in our system under that email addressIf you have another email you may have used, I can try to find the accountOr you can call our billing team Monday through Friday AM - PM MST at 877-432-
