I notice now that the subscription had been canceled last year which is why there was no option to cancel on the site. When you cancel the subscription, it does mean you will not renew and you're subscription is set to expire on January 30th 2018.

from what I can see, this account has been deleted and refunded in full

There was an error with shipping but we have sent a replacement kit which should arrive soon. If that is not satisfactory, let me know ans we will issue that full refund for you.

The full refund was processed. It does take 3-10 business days for that refund to show on your account. I will re-send the email stating this.
