Customer was able to get a hold of rep

If the representative made it clear that it was nothing he could do to help resolve the situation due to orders from his supervisor why would I still need to take it up with him? I can see that representative of the company has been speaking with this customer about this accountPlease respond to his email to resolve the issue

The day trial runs for days, not business daysWe allow customers to call us within the days to cancel or cancel directly on the website if you do not wish to be billed for the year We do not offer refunds by email, so we had a representative try calling this customer after they emailedWhen we were not able to reach her, we issued a full refund which takes 3-business days to process

From what I can see, you have full access to the siteI will have to have the rep that you spoke with call you again to work this out

I notice now that the subscription had been canceled last year which is why there was no option to cancel on the siteWhen you cancel the subscription, it does mean you will not renew and you're subscription is set to expire on January 30th
