We had the rep call and resolve this issue with the customer.

I can see that one of our reps are working on getting this information removed from google and communicating with the client by email.

We try to reply to the emails as quickly as possible. We receive many emails and we do not refund by email so a rep will try to contact you by phone to resolve the issue.

We do have a DNA rep assigned to call you that can help with your issue. I will get a hold of them and make sure they contact you.

We show a breakdown of your DNA next to the map, but you are able to download your results if you wish.  Our DNA is still in beta right now and we will add more specific regions as we collect data from those areas.

We do not offer a magazine subscription. The $89.99 was for an annual subscription to our data subscription which includes all the historical documents we offer on the site. A representative will contact you to discuss this and explain further.

The confirmation page asking for a phone number was a glitch which we have since resolved. I will have someone contact you and resolve this issue.

I have sent this issue on to our DNA team to look into. They will contact you about this shortly.

You can call our billing department at any time Monday - Friday 7 AM - 5 PM MST. When you send in an email, we have a rep call you to discuss the issue. It looks like one of our reps tried to call a few times and when we were not able to get a hold of you, we issued the full refund as of 2/19/2017.

I can see that representative of the company has been speaking with this customer about this account. Please respond to his email to resolve the issue.

It looks like we have had a representative try to call the customer since the 8th of November. Since we could not get a hold of her, we went ahead and refunded the account  as of today (November 13).

We do send an email when you sign up for the trial stating that if it is not canceled within the 14 days, that you will be billed for an annual subscription. We also include in that email our pho0ne number and a way to cancel your subscription on the website. We state that before you sign up but...

also send that email as a courtesy. Because it is only 14 days, we do not send a reminder email when the subscription is over. Please call us at ###-###-#### between the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM MST to discuss this with us.

We will be refunding the charges in full. It takes 3-10 business days to process a refund.

This is something to take up with your bank as they are the ones who authorize charges.
