From what I can see on this account, the Premium Plus on the Hughes Web Site is active. What exactly is the problem?

Had representative call and resolve with the customer

If the representative made it clear that it was nothing he could do to help resolve the situation due to orders from his supervisor why would I still need to take it up with him? This is an issue you clearly have no intention or interest in resolving! Complaint: [redacted]

We do not issue refunds by email so when you email the company, a representative will call you. We have one assigned to your account who will get a hold of you shortly. Our business hours are 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. MST.

From what I can see, a few email exchanges were made on August 4th with a google search done for the name. This link was sent to our support team who did remove the record for a Florida marriage. When the link is clicked on now, a generic search for the name pulls up for many different people with...

the same name but not the record that was asked to be removed. We do not have a problem removing records from our site if you will provide the links to the exact records you want removed. If you find a record on MyHeritage that you want removed, please send the MyHeritage page link and not a google search done. We cannot update google's search results, google will have to do that.

We do not issue refunds by email so when the customer emailed in, we had a rep call them. The rep was trying to explain the terms and the phone got disconnected. The rep tried calling back, but could not get anyone to answer the phone. The rep issued a full refund on the account when he wasn't able...

to reach anyone again. The refund  takes 3-10 business days to process.

From what I can see, you have full access to the site. I will have to have the rep that you spoke with call you again to work this out.
