Thus customer emailed in. Because we do not issue refunds by email, we had a representative try contacting him by phone. When we were unable to contact him, we issued a full refund which takes 3-10 business days to process.

We did have a delay on lab results because of our lab being in Houston Texas where hurricane Harvey struck, closing our lab for a few days. From what I can see on the site, the ethnicity estimate is available for you to see. Go to myheritage.com and click on the DNA tab to view your results.

Please provide the correct email that is associated with the account. The email provided did not pull up a charge.

The most I can do is have someone call you again regarding the matter. We cannot simply modify DNA results. We can only show you the ethnicities in your system that you match with.

The representative will be giving you a call.

We offer a 14 day trial in which time we allow you to have full access to the records we have available on our site. sign up for the trial, an email is sent out with your username (which is your email address) and a temporary password which you can then change once you get onto the site. We also include the direct phone number to our call center.  I do see that this customer opened that email, therefore seeing this information. I see that she emailed in and a representative tried calling a few times to discuss how we could help her and offer her the full refund if we could not help. Since we were not able to reach her, I will now issue the full refund and close the account. Below is the email we sent on the day she signed up for the trial (November 30 2015).
