When the representative was not able to get a hold of the customer, we went ahead and issued a full refund of those charges which take 3-business days to process

This customer spoke to a rep on the phone and we got the full amount refunded back to her account

I am sorry but we do not handle overdraft feesWe allow the day trial for people to try out the site and see how it works for themIf they don't wish to continue with a paid membership, they must cancel within that day time periodFrom what I can see, the account was not cancelled on time
