I have sent your complaint to our DNA team who will reply by email

We do not issue refunds by email so when someone emails in with a questions about a refund, we try to contact that customer by phone to discuss this with themWhen we were not able to get a hold of the customer, we refunded the amount in fullIt takes 3-business days for a charge to be refunded

We will be refunding the amount back to the card it came fromPlease allow 3-business days for that refund to process

You can call our billing department at any time Monday - Friday AM - PM MSTWhen you send in an email, we have a rep call you to discuss the issueIt looks like one of our reps tried to call a few times and when we were not able to get a hold of you, we issued the full refund as of 2/19/

We did notice an extra data charge had gone through on our end and we refunded that charge back to the accountIt takes 3-business days for a refund to process

*** ***No, not the internet results which is a map I want the genome results The actual results from the lab, not what Heritage is posting on the internet Once again, I want the original results, nothing less I want to see what the lab submitted to them, and how they allocated the results We can do this as long as they want to, until I receive my hard copy of the results, and once again, not what's posted on the internet

I have sent your complaint over to our DNA team who will be looking into this issueThey will contact you to resolve this

When I do a search of the customer's name, I am unable to find any records on our site that match the records he is talking aboutI found the emails he sent in with the attachments and from what I can see, we have already successfully removed his public records from our website

We have two subscriptions on the siteWe have a site subscription which allows people to build a tree and connect with other members on the siteWe also have a data subscription which allows people access to all the records that we have on the site including census, birth marriage and death
recordsMany companies combine the two subscriptions into one, charging people a large sumWe break them up so that people have a choice of what they want to have, depending on what they wish to achieve on the siteWe have helped many people find information they were looking for and not able to find previouslyThe census records we have are the exact same that every one else hasEvery company has people who index these records and because the census records were all taken by people who scribbled the names and other information on a piece of paper, it can be difficult to read and not everyone reads them the same which may make it seem like everyone has different informationSomeone will contact you to discuss this further with you

We have had higher than call and email volume lately but we try to get back to everyone as quickly as possibleI have sent an emergency email on to our DNA team so someone should be getting a hold of you shortly
