I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

please review the attached letter I sent to MR*** following his call to me prior to discovering he contacted your agency.*** *** *** ** *** *
*** ** ***Dear Sir,I am writing regarding the voicemail you left this week concerning the work we did at your homeI am specificly writing about the backdoor you are concerned aboutI am sorry you are feeling the work we did on your home is not acceptable, this is not the outcome we lookfor on any projectI am also sending this in the mail, as you do not have email, but wanted a physical document of your concerns and myreplyI am keeping the voicemails you have left and want the letter I am writing to make all facts clean and understood where facts aresometimes lost or forgotten overr the phone.After reviewing the project, I am finding there was concern during the project with the wall of the mobile home not being adiquate for thedoor being installed due to age or poor maintance in the pastI believe after reviewing with the technician at your home, you disclosed youhad a carpenter repair the floor due to rotted flooring in the pastThis concern was adrressed, you explained the floor was repaired and thedoor could be installed, consequently the door was installed and was found to be accpetable on the technicians completion of the doors.Both the rear door in question and the front door were installed to your satisfactionUpon my technicians return to complete the showerportion of the project, the door was again in question due to a gap at the top of the door, my tecnician completted the shower and alsorepaired the door on his leaving again to your satisfaction.Aproximatly days later you called me to pay the remaining balance on your bill owed to my companyAt the time of my return visit, younoted the top of the door still showing light and a gap and the bottom staing it was "bent"I reviewed the pictures taken from my technicianand could not conclude if the door was "bent" upon his leavingYou did discuss the door having a gap at the top that he correctedNeverthe less I explained to you that is shoud not be the case, the door should not show light or be "bent"As a result, I agreed to replace the doorslab with another doorYou expressed that would be an accptable solution to the bent door and I made the replacement as we discussed.We then reviewed the work I completed and with your own inspection of the door, checking its operation and air tight seal, you agreed topay in full, the balance you owed.The doors installed on your home are "prehung" doors that are installed in an opening in your homeOur agreement to install the doors inan opening in your home has been completedWe have also made adjustments and replaced one door slab due to damage I can notconclude was our neglect, but still agreed to in good faithThe door with concern is the same style door as the front door where we are nothaving any troubles with leads me to believe the door is not the issue, but the location where the door is installedThe mobile home may bein need of repair from a structure standpoint, and may not be an issue with the door installation.The nature of a mobile home is going to be that it may or may not shift as the seasons change and could possibly make the door moveIt isalso possible the mobile home has suffered damage in the past to the walls or floor that the carpenter did not see, also a reason for the doorto be out of adjustmentEither of these are possible given the age of the home and are not conditions that are covered in the installation wewere contracted to doAs we do offer a warranty on all our labor for one year, we are covering the installation of the doors in the openingsin your homeWe are not warranting the home or the conditions surrounding the homeWe are able to return to complete additionalrepairs to the home and its structure but their will be additional charges for these servicesYou too, may contract with another companywith your own resorces, but we do not agree to reimburse any cost.As I do understand your concern and frustration reguarding the situationPlease understand, we have worked on the door different times,each time leaving with your satisfaction and our own understanding we corrected any concernsIt is my conclusion, the problem lies within the homes structure and not the installation of the door.Blessings

I made contact with Mr*** and admitted a mistake had been made We have been busy and this entire situation has taken place with in a month - given the busy schedules and time spent with family - I do not feel the reaction is justified I also never disagreed with reimbursing
Mr***, but we were not in the U.Sat the timeA courtesy call would have been appreciated - Mr*** has an email submitted that he can choose to let me know what he would like to do
