Dear [redacted] :This person has every right to ask for and receive a refund if that is what she wants.I don't know what happened when she called in to Customer Service "several times" without some satisfaction.As you can see this is all about a one or two day delay in shipment from the time her CC was charged.Normally we ship and charge the credit card within hours of each of these events, but at times the shipping gets behind a few hours or even a day or two.Some customers have a understanding that any delay is not legalHowever, depending on the workload in shipping this happens from time to time, and is both legal and business practice as we understand it I will make sure that this customer is contacted shortly, and receives their refund right away.We are dedicated to making sure our customers have a good experience with both their MyHydrate purchase and with their new MyHydrate product.Thanks for your help with this[redacted] [redacted]

Worst customer service experience I've ever hadMy order confirmation email, as well as their website, states you can call their customer service line to ask questions about your orderWhen you call this number a third party ordering service answers and cannot assist you with anything other than placing an orderFor anything else they say they will take your information and pass it along as a message to someone at the actual companyAfter doing this twice with no one returning my "messages", I submitted an online form on the company's website asking to be calledI got a response via email that wasn't even applicable to my issueFurthermore, when I posted a complaint on the company's Facebook page it was deleted
