My complaint is about my request for a refund has not been resolvedI paid for spring break camp in March and cancelled before camp startedI was told there was a process to get it back and it would take about daysWell it is now June and all I keep getting are excusesThis company has awful customer service skills when it comes to customer satisfactionThis matter has taken too long and I am still getting the run aroundI have been very patient but it seems like the director doesn't careI pray that they resolve this soonThank you
