On August *, 2020 I emailed My Knobs to begin the return process for some drawer handles I had purchased from them. I immediately received a confirmation email with a return number stating that the return process had begun. I believe I was supposed to receive an additional email from them, but after a week with no contact I went ahead and returned the product (at my expense) with the return number I had been provided. two weeks went by and I still had received no contact from this company. I called and the representative stated that they Had received the product and it was in good condition; however I had not followed the proper protocol by waiting on the second email, therefore, the refund would be delayed. She said if I didn't hear anything in 2 weeks to call back. Two weeks went by with no contact. I called back. Originally the representative tried to say I never sent in a refund email to begin with, that I simply mailed the product back (which he also confirmed they had received and that the merchandise was in good condition). When I told him I still had the original email and their immediate reply, he then "found" the email. He told me his supervisor was emailing a refund confirmation and putting in for the refund as we spoke HOWEVER it would take me 24 hours to receive the email and 48 hours to receive the refund. 72 hours later I had received neither. I called for a third time and the representative sent me an email stating that I would get a refund with my original receipt attached (not a refund receipt). When I questioned the receipt she said that is how their system will recognize the refund. It has now been 72 more hours (and a total of 44 days) since I began this return process and the money is still not in my bank. I looked on the company website to write a review and although they have reviews on the website, I could find no way to write one.

I ordered a wall plate 2 months ago and they still have not shipped. I asked fir a refund 2 weeks ago and still do not have it. Would not recommend!

Ordered and received products through My Knobs. Upon receipt, I was unsatisfied with product quality and immediately returned all items per their instructions, including a return authorization and trackable shipping method. Refunds, per their website, should be issued in 3-5 business days (although this has since been removed from the website) and it's been over a month since the items were received by the vendor and no refund/credit has been issued.

I purchased items on May *, 2020 for a customer. After receiving the order I realized I ordered too many and contacted the returns department for information and authorization to return the items. Items were returned in original packaging to address in City of Industry, CA as directed. Items received and accepted on June *, 2020. I have been waiting for the refund of monies and taxes paid for the returned items since. Original contacts were met with the return was in process, which changed to no one was in the credit department to no response at all.

We have filed a complaint with the State of New York Consumer Protection as well.

They must be going out of business....if not...I’m sure it won’t be long! They are not shipping orders!!! I ordered 06Jun....they said my items are on back ordered....ALL of my items are NOT....they want me to pay for separate shipping if I want them to ship after waiting 2months!!! Unbelievable!!!!!! No customer service EQUALS no customers! EQUALS no money! Sad, I thought they were in the USA, but it just can’t be! We don’t treat people this way in the USA!

Terrible customer service! They take your money but don't send you your purchase. I purchased outlet covers and light switch covers 6 weeks before my move so I could place them onto the needed areas before heavy furniture would be moved in. I repeatedly called, only to be told someone would call me back. No one ever returned my call. Now it's 1 day before my move and the order still shows as just being processed, even though I was told upper management would have the items overnighted to me. Save yourself the grief and frustration and buy your items somewhere else!

This is not any type of acceptable response. Your company already offers free shipping to its customers, so this is not a perk. Additionally you are still not addressing the issue of no return calls from any of the management team.

I placed an order on May 9. I e-mailed and called to try to cancel the order on June 2. I was told I'd receive a call back but instead received an e-mail on June 4 that the items had shipped. It's now June 15 and I don't have the order. No tracking number was given to me so I have no way to know when it will arrive.

Before I placed the order of 27 sheets of mosaic tile, I confirmed with Cory from Myknobs online customer service chat that the tiles have color variation and they will provide return shipping label if the products are defective, however, the product I received has no color variation at all. Also the mosaic pieces are defective with inconsistent sizes in the same sheet and glued down with twisted shapes. I contacted their customer service again with screenshots of the conversation with Cory before, they agree to return the products but I need to pay shipping by my own. I would like to get return shipping label and full refund from them since the products are not as described from their customer service before purchase and they are defective.

This company DOES NOT stand behind there products!
I purchased 27 stainless steel handles for my brand new kitchen cabinets. After a few months 5 of them started to rust. I brought them back to the store to see if the would replace the 5 handles. They said there was nothing they could do except give me a discount if I purchase more from them. Why in the world would I want to repurchase defective handles???

This company is very good to work with. I ordered nobs and hinges for a client of ours. We had an issue with the color not matching between the knobs and hinges. We contacted the company and they more than went out of their way to find a replacement.

Great selection of knobs and hardware that you can't find anywhere else! Good prices and service as well.
