At this time, I have been contacted directly by Mylah Furniture regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have been contacted by the company but they were still trying to force the items on me even through I told them I refuse to except the furniture if delivered to my place of resident Once they noticed I was sticking to my decision they tried to offer more furniture in order not to cancel the order entirelyI still said "NO" but they insisted so I hung up and I haven't heard anything else from this company In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: My brother and I visited MylahFurniture store to shop for a couch that can be converted to a sofa bed. I explain to the sales clerk what I was looking for. She showed us various couches,most of them she said are not sofa bed, but she can get us the product in a sofa bed. It so happen the one we picked out was not a sofa bed, but like she promised earlier she will get me one with a sofa bed. We paid down on the furniture, with the promised of paying the balanced. After paying off the balanced on the furniture delivery date was set up. November **,2014. I think it was around mid morning my husband called me to informed me that the delivery truck was at the apartment,but the furniture can't fit through the door. He said as a result they are asking for $125.00 to dismantle the furniture at that point I got really upset.I spoke to delivery guy who refuse to leave he told me he can't take it back. So I called the store clerk and I said to her why do I have to pay @125.00 to tear apart my new couch I told her I didn't nor was I expecting to pay extra money to have this done.I told her I didn't want it. She called her delivery guys and they left. I called my husband later in the day, I told him to call the store clerk and see how she can help us, since I felt it was was unfair for to pay this money to move the furniture in my apartment and if later on I decided to move I still have to pay someone's again to take it apart and I was concern my couch will not be the same again.she told him it's because I wanted a couch with a sofa bed. But if I pick something just a regular couch I will not have that problem because sofa beds are bigger. So I told him to tell her we will come to the store on [redacted] to pick a regular couch. Then she told him no we will just have to pay the money and keep the furniture. We did go to the store on [redacted] upon arrival I heard a man and a woman arguing in the store, there were an [redacted] man seated on a desk so I walk up to him and ask for the [redacted] surprisingly he pointed out the same man that was arguing with the lady. He walk off from her and came up to me I explained the situation to him,apparently he already knew about it and these were his words "I can't help you because it is stated on your receipt that customers are responsible for paying to get unfitted furniture in their apartments". I said to him I know that but because of my concern for moving sake and as also I am concerned with the tearing apart of my new couch, I also knowledge to him it was my fault for not measuring the door first, but I have very little knowledge about furniture since we are newlywed and our first apartment, besides we had other large pieces of furniture delivery to our place from [redacted] so I didn't really saw it as a problem.I ask him how can he help me because I really didn't want the couch and if I can pick something else he said no the factory will not take it back and if I want to have other options let the court decide. And with this he walked out on us. As we stood there another [redacted] man walked in with a complaint he was raising his voice and the [redacted] started cussing at him . The lady I meet in the store was still there in the store on her cell phone if was a mad house in there. My husband and I just walked out. I have never ever spoken to a [redacted] or [redacted] so rude and disrespectful. For a [redacted] he needs customer service training. And to learn to have respect for his elders.Desired Settlement: I will will like the opportunity to pick something else. Or preferred have my money back but the policy is no cash Or credit card refund.

Review: On 11/**/2013 I purchased the following a twin bed set which included 2 night stands, chest, twin mattress box spring, a metal frame, twin slay head board and a 4 piece dining room set which total $2,469.28. The furniture was delivered in January 2014 after I started getting calls from GE capital and I kept asking them why are they calling me I have not received any merchandise. The same day of delivery I called and inquire about the dining room set I was told that it was not in stock. I have never received the dinning room set but I am being charged for it. I filed a dispute with Home Design GE Capital Retail Bank it has not been resolved. I was told by GE Capital that the matter was resolved and they find in favor of the merchant and they continued to charge me the total balance. I have not started paying for the merchandise as yet since I called and dispute the charges again. Additionally I told the merchant and GE Capital that I no longer need the furniture since it has not been utilize and it is not up to standard. The mattresses can not be put on the bed frames since they are so unstable. I called a carpenter to inquire what I can do about it. I was told that they would not last very long and needed to reinforcement before placing the mattress on them which includes purchasing materials to assist the reinforcement. I am unable to relocate since my kids do not have proper sleeping equipment. I have endured this unscrupulous behavior long enough and need resolve.Desired Settlement: My desire is to have the merchant picked up his unsavory merchandise, which needs work in order to utilize them.
