MyLife has charged me $155.40 for a service I did not subscribe to
I paid MyLife $4.98 to try to find a long lost cousin. They only ended up giving me data re: myself & not the cousin. Then they added on a charge of $155.40 for a service I NEVER subscribed to. When I called their number, I got a recording telling me to Email them, which I did. Of course, via my credit card, the charge is being disputed. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I did not "join" or authorize anyone to gather personal information about me to use to obtain a job or credit or anything elseI made several attempts to file an online complaint but the website isn't working properlyI want my name, the picture of the person who is NOT me removed as well as the inaccurate information that is most likely associated with the person pictured with the same name as mineI've tried to call their customer cr and only got a recording and there was no option to speak to a customer care personMy privacy is important to me and if I don't put my personal life on public websites then no one else should be doing soShut this website down because it violates my right to privacy
This company is a scam. They try to charge you for a service that they will not provide. There is no way to unsubscribe from their e-mails. They should be put out of business and banned from scamming unsuspecting people.
I received an offer to join my life for one month for $and I signed up for it Then I changed my mind minutes later and called to cancel it I was told that it had been canceled Today there is a $charge on my Visa for mylife.com I called and asked them to cancel it and refund my money I was put on hold..waited for minutes..while they tried to find "the recording of my call" I finally hung up and called backI asked the woman who answered to cancel my account and refund my money I was told that there is nothing they can do about it I told her to cancel my account and refund my money She offered me a special offer of$ I said absolutely not and I told her that if they do not cancel my account and refund my $I will report them to the Revdex.com She gave me a confirmation number and said that the money should be refunded within hours It better be
