Review: On march *, 2015 I ordered an item off of their website. On March **, 2015 the money for the item was taken out of my account. I have called several times and sent emails with no response from them and still have not received the item.Desired Settlement: I want my account credited for the merchandise I have not received.

Review: I placed an order on January [redacted], 2015 with this company, was charged on February [redacted], 2015 ($105.47) and have not received confirmation of shipping as they said they would when shipped. According to their website they ship in 2-4 days after the order is placed. I have attempted contacting them for 3 consecutive days (multiple attempts) through their customer service on the phone; however, it is only a recording and no one responds back. I have also attempted email correspondence to no avail and again without response. Feel like I was most definitely ripped off!Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back at this point because I doubt they will send what I ordered.

Review: I ordered silversept on the website mymedimart.com on September **, 2013. I paid with a credit card. I called and have sent messages about when I was to get this product. My ordering number is [redacted]. They said via email only that they sent the product September ** at 9:50 A.M. I have only been able to leave messages on the recorder and have not spoken to anyone personally. The product was $73.97. They have not told me how they sent the product via mail, UPS or what. They did not give me a tracking number. I want what I paid for.Desired Settlement: I want the product and I need to know how they sent it. If I do not get this product, then I want a refund on my credit card.

Review: I placed an order on November **, 201*. My credit card was charged this same day and I received a confirmation email thanking me for my order. This email also stated that I would receive an additional email notifying when the order shipped and that it would also contain package tracking information. I never received this email. On Monday, November **, 201* (1 week later), I called the customer service number and there was no answer. I left a voice mail. I also sent an email asking for an update on this issue.

By Wednesday, November **, there still was not a return phone call or email.

Finally, I called customer service, again, on Wednesday (11/**/1*) and was placed on hold (a completely silent line) for at least 5 minutes. When the customer service agent returned to the line, she could not clearly state if the order had been shipped. While she offered to resend the package the same day, due to the fact that it was a holiday weekend and no one would be at my location to receive the package, I requested a cancel and a refund. I also requested this agent to follow up with me and let me know if it was possible that this already shipped and if I can expect this package. I never received a return phone call.

On Monday, December *, 201*, I still had not heard from this company nor do I have this package. I placed another call on 12/* and no one answered the customer service number (at 10:45am CST). I left a voice mail with my order number and return number and as of Tuesday, 12.*.1*, I still have not heard a response from this company. I also do not have my package.Desired Settlement: I would like a my complete order refunded.

Review: I have been charged for a product I have never received. I placed an order 1 month ago and have not received my items yet have been charged for them. I have called several times and left message on the machine that picks up. I have also sent several emails and have received no response.Desired Settlement: I no longer wish to do business with this company. I ask that they send my order or refund my money at this point would prefer the refund.
