Her name is no where on the warranty letter. That is not a warranty from us that is a factory warranty. She had no warranty from us. If she had her own warranty outside of us then she could have used it to get the car fixed which she did not
The customer purchased the car on May 2, 2017. The vehicle was purchased “As-Is” and the customer signed the federal buyers guide(As-Is statement). The customer was also offered a service contract and declined it by signing a waiver of service contract document. On May 15, 2017 the...
customer called stating that the vehicle would not start. She was told she would have to take it to a mechanic as we could not repair the vehicle for her. She stated she did not want the vehicle and told us to come pick it up. The customer signed a voluntary relinquishment form and her account was closed. Attached are the documents she signed.
