into my matter against my opinion.com to me there response to my complaint is a total lie I never cashed a check from there company from the points as far as the toothpaste survey they are claiming was only a product test is and if you look at there response closely they said I made calls and sent the 1st toothpaste back and never sent the 2nd one back that is a bold face lie also for them they never got any emails or phone calls is absurd I did about emails to them including one a week ago with yet again no response and unless you have the contact name you cant get through on the phone its impossible and they dont have a operator just a voice recording its ok they cheated me but im going to do everything in my power to bash them including on social media for non payment that I never recieved I was a customer of theres for several years and cant believe they cant pay this is the worst company ever and I will make it known to everyone that myopinionnow.com doesnt pay

Hello, After looking into the status of the two payments we have found the following The $points redemption check was mailed on January 8th, The check cleared on January 20th, We have no record of you having sent us any emails or phone calls to our support system As for the toothpaste home use test, we see that you participated in that study but in order to receive the incentive you had to fully complete all of the required steps You had to complete both callbacks, and return both test products in order to be eligible for the incentive, which was for $20, not $ We have you in our database for this project for completing both callbacks, and sending your first test product back to us However, we never received your second test product, so you were never sent the $incentive If you have any other questions or comments, please let us knowRegards, MyOpinionNow.com

Never received $20 nor has Jane Harding answered any of my email. Site is a scam. Been member for years. Long time to cash out. File complaint with BBB. I want what is due to me. I will di all I can to discourage new sign ups and to have site removed. This is so unprofessional.

We have reviewed our records and Mr. [redacted] did not complete the survey which is why he was not sent his incentive. Regardless, we have decided to send a check in the amount of $25 (Check #[redacted]).
