Review: I ordered vitamins, Optivite, from myotcstore on August **. Instead of sending me the correct product they sent me 3 bottles of nasal cleanser. I called the day I received the incorrect product. When I called them they asked me to email them about the issue because they needed to check with their manager about how to handle the situation. I actually emailed them while I was on the phone with them. They emailed me back requesting the order number which I had placed in the subject line of the email. I replied to that email reminding them of the order number and they said that they would get back to me in 2-3 business days. They didn't get back to me for 7 days. I called on that day and left a message and no one returned my phone call. I called again and finally got in touch with someone. They apologized and said they would send me a shipping label via email so I could ship the package back to them. They finally did this 7 days later. I mailed the package with the shipping label they sent me the very next day and sent them an email on that day saying I had done so and requesting a full refund of my money. I included pictures of me shipping the package in the email. It has been 12 days and I have not heard from anyone nor have I received a refund. Since ordering this product it has been 7 weeks and 4 days and I still don't have my vitamins. Once you start taking these vitamins it is not recommended that you stop abruptly but because I have limited funds I cannot afford to pay another $55 for vitamins until I receive a refund from them. This has had an impact on my mental and emotional health.Desired Settlement: I would actually like both my vitamins and a full refund.

Review: I placed an order with this company on line on 2/**/15. When I had not received it by 2/**/15 I went to [redacted] and ran the tracking number. [redacted] Tracking says the package was delivered on Saturday, 2/**/15.

I contacted the Post Office and told them I did not receive the package, they told me they would talk to the Postman and get back to me. I also contacted the [redacted] and filed a stolen mail report, case # [redacted] My local Postmaster called me and stated that the carrier left the package on the front steps and I was out of luck unless the shipper filed a claim. I contacted myOTCstore.com by email twice to ask them to file a claim with the Post Office and re-ship my order. I have had no response to my emails. I attempted to call by phone but got no answer.Desired Settlement: I want myOTCstore.com to re-ship my order, no charge, and file a claim with the [redacted] to recover their costs.

Review: Order placed for a number of item, all indicated as in stock, Oct.* 2013

After 5 messages left, I finally was able to reach a person, who gave me two different names. When I asked about the status of my order, I was told it was being held up for an item not in stock. After looking at my order, I found another item not available.

I told them to cancel the two items and process my order. They could or would not verify if the remaining items were in stock.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they could not help me. I insisted to speak to a supervisor, was transferred another time and again had an answering machine stating: "the person you are looking for is not available". I left my name and number, again.Desired Settlement: Delivered the items ordered at a reasonable time (within a week).

I purchased some items from Myotcstore.com. (Please see two order forms as attachment.) When items was colletcted on Feburary the **, I realized the items I received were very different from my itemized invoices. The items missing are as below:

Vanicream Lite Skin Care Lotion Bottle With Pump Dispenser - 16 oz [Vanicream] 5 9.45 total 47.25

Free and Clear hair spray, firm hold - 8 oz [Vanicream] 1 7.75 total 7.75

Free and Clear liquid body cleanser for sensitive skin 32 oz [Vanicream] 2 16.25 total 32.5

Free and Clear liquid body cleanser for sensitive skin - 8 oz [Vanicream] 3 5.98 total 17.94

I contacted them also on the 7th through paypal. No one was trying to help me. And the response was always very slow, the first response I got was in a week on the 13th the same month, they asked me to ask the carrier . Again, I asked them to do something with the carrier and they told me to be patient, well, another seven days had past and I have never heard from them. The question was still left here: where were my items ?

I tried other ways but no resolution was given. Their only excuse was they mailed it.

Nothing else, not even an apology. why I have to spend a hundred dollars something to pay for their logistic issue ?

I hope that you could help me. At least I would like other people to be cautious at what they are buying from, maybe more consideration should be givenDesired Settlement: Refund or Re-deliver the order

Review: I purchased Sarna cream from MyOtcSstore. They took my money and 4 days later I received a package with wrong items - there was no Sarna - they sent me some wound wash liquid and one of those bottles was empty! I called them, and complained - they said I will NOT HAVE any refund unless I mail their package back to them. I paid money for Sarna cream which has never been sent to me. This online store wants me to spend my money and my gas to correct their mistake! A good thing I have already bought my Sarna from Walgreens. However I need my money back. They want me to pay money for something I have never received!Desired Settlement: If this would be a decent business, they would NOT ask their customers to correct store's mistakes by sending them their packages back. They would apologize, and try to find a way to make their customer happy. Also they would give me my refund immediately. Instead they have stressed me out for a few days.
