I, encountered a horrible experience with My Phone Repair location ( 2801 Memorial Pkwy SW #244, Huntsville, AL ) numerous times I visited. My phone has been attempted to be repaired three times. Once my phone was repaired the FIRST time the repair was decent. The second time my phone was tampered with, the screen repair was also decent temporarily but the technician stated he misplace my touch ID due to repairing my phone. As a customer I was very upset about the misplacement but the technician stated its okay because he has extra home buttons compatible with my device but also be advise, I WOULD lose my touch ID feature. The technician was NOT being apologetic at all. Due to the misplacement, I requested to talk to the store manager about the incident. The store manager was very rude, irate and non-considerate. The store Manager rudely, enforced a waiver I signed in order for my phone to be repaired so he stated there is NOTHING he could do. Later that day, I was also having touch problems with my supposedly NEW SCREEN the store provided. I was in route back to My Phone Repair to express the problems I've encountered with my screen repair and the horrible customer service I received. I felt unwelcome when I walked into the store and waited almost 35 minutes while the technician was having a personal conversation on his phone . When the technician was finally available, The technician rudely requested me to take my phone case off. The technician diagnosed my phone and stated that the screen they replaced have to be removed due to BAD produce they provided and another "supposedly NEW SCREEN" will be generated. The second process of my second phone repair was somewhat decent finally but Four days later, my screen went completely blank and stuttered on the apple boot up screen and turn blue. I was in route AGAIN back to My Phone Repair. In route to my destination, I accidentally dropped my phone and the screen cracked again so I just called the store and questioned the store manager on what could be generated. The store manager rudely again enforced the waiver form I signed and again stated there is nothing he could do. Once I was available, I had no choice but to take my phone to another technician since My Phone Repair couldn't make me eligible to utilize my phone. Once another technician attempted to diagnosed my phone the technician, advised me screws and brackets and other items were missing. The technician advised me I needed to take my phone back to the previous technician and inform him the situation. When I made it back to My Phone Repair I informed the technician on the situation and he requested me to contact the General Manager due to the experience I've had with the store manager. I contacted the general manager and expressed situation and he stated to the technician to do whatever that needs to be done for me to operate my phone. The technician was able to manager to repair my phone but I again I came out of pocket with a lot of money and only a 10% discount was generated. The next day, I encountered the same issues with my phone shuddering on the Apple screen. I come in contact with the irate and rude store manager again and expressed the situation. The store manager was being non-considerate and stated he'll give me a refund and then change his mind about his decision. I was very upset and expressed the situation numerous time to the store manager again and he rudely stated he's going to kick my [redacted] out his store and called security. Now I am unavailable to return back in My Phone Repair location ( 2801 Memorial Pkwy SW #244, Huntsville, AL ). Since I was unavailable to return to the store, I called the store and expressed the situation even more on the phone and the store manager rudely disconnected the call in my face. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES.
