Complete scam, I lost my mother just over a week ago, trying to forward all of her mail to me, normally to verify identity its a 1.00 charge. I simply went to USPS which I have done several times, never once even heard of this organization. That is until I checked my bank acct. So thanks to this, I had to file a dispute, cancel my card and wait to receive a new one. Ya know 80 bucks may not sound like much but I just had to spend money on letting go of my momma, 80 is alot!

Hi ***.
We apologize for the misunderstanding. While we are not the USPS, we did submit a Change of Address request to the USPS on your behalf. As part of our fee, we also include many other services, such as notifying additional organizations of your move, registering your number on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, and more.
Nevertheless, we have a money back satisfaction guarantee. Your order has been cancelled and the charge has been voided. This charge will not process through your account and because we cancelled the order before your card was charged, there is no refund required. Please allow 48 - 72 hours for the charge to update and completely disappear/drop off from your account depending on the speed of the processing bank.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and you will still be able to receive the other services at no charge.
If you have any further questions, please call us at ***.
Respectfully,
Customer Support Team

Our records show that on May 12, 2020 05:34 PM you placed an order on our website. Later next day on May 13, 2020 05:08 AM you spoke to our customer service representative Cynthia concerned about the price and after speaking to Cynthia you agreed to keep only the change of address service for a fee of $1.95 and she was able to void the transaction processed for the amount of $79.95 but charge your card for only $1.95. We have never charged you a full amount of $79.95. Because we were able to complete this cancellation within a short period of time after the order was placed means we were able to void the order for $78 before your credit card was ever charged for $79.95. That means the charge you see on your statement was only a temporary authorization and hold on your credit card and because we voided the transaction, you should see that temporary transaction disappear from your statement within 3-5 business days and see the charge for only $1.95 but not $79.95.
As a measure of good faith, we issued you a full refund of $1.95 which should also be reflected in your account within 3-5 business days.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you have any further questions, please call us at ***.

Scam. Complete attempt to take advantage of people who are already overwhelmed and stressed with moving. I thought I was simply changing my address with the post office. Have disputed with my credit card company.

This company/website is very misleading. They did not change my address, I was under the impression that I was changing my address with USPS because this company has designed their website to look like USPS. They did not say that the fee was $59.95, I mistakenly was under the impression that is was $1.00 which I ended up paying USPS the $1.00 to actually change my address which was delayed by this horrible company! When I called they told me they could not do anything for me, that their company does not change addresses and that they offer only to put your number on a do not call list, offer discounts for utility services and have coupons for stores. NONE of which I received but yet paid $59.95!
