Review: I opened an account in 2011 with this company and several other modeling placements. I did not venture in the business long as other opportunities came my way. This company issues user ID's which are difficult to remember. I was unsure how to delete my account so simply changed the name under my account thinking this would no longer be an issue. I recently discovered through a google search that this account shows up and I would like it removed for privacy reasons. I no longer have access to any emails associated with this account so acquiring any information is impossible. I have contacted this company SEVERAL times and my emails are never read. Each time they send me to a webpage to delete my account. This page requires the user id that I do not have access to. I have explained that I am willing to verify my identity and help in this matter many times. Each time I am ignored. There is NO phone number with this company to ever get a life person and every time I send a new request and give them time to respond I am disappointed to find no response and no removal of an account that is obviously inactive and no used. I simply want my privacy desires to be respected and this account to be removed IMMEDIATELY!
