I have been a loyal member for over yearsI have had several car loansOn my last loan, the loan officer incorrectly entered in the wrong payment, which made the payment 20$ underFrom that point I was charged 15$ late fee and was not notified of these charges until months after the fact when I called for something elseMean while I did change all information and gave them an accurate number to callThey continued to call the wrong number and continued to collect the moneyI then called in January to speak with bank administration to correct the matterNO ONE called me backThey continued to collect the amountNow years into the loan, after many calls, refusal to pay, forced to explain the issue to 4-different staff members because of poor communication, they finally refunded the moneyThey were very rude about the matter as if I entered in the wrong amount during the loan processNow today I have been hit with an amount of money owed due to loan being incorrectSO I have to pay cash to get the loan up to date (this should have been fixed when they saw the oversight) but it appears as though they would rather collect the 15$ late feesI was never told about this amount previously only the late feesI am paying out my loans and getting out of ASFUThey have lost a memberIf you are a member, check your statement, because they wont call!!
