Good afternoon, We have reached out to Mr [redacted] via email apologizing for the poor customer experienced and researched what transpiredOur findings are below Mr [redacted] account was removed from our marketing lists on upon his request and his account was “deactivated” on the same dayIt seems that he received two marketing emails afterwards and in doing our research with our E-commerce team, we found that there was a connection issue between the system request of being removed from the lists and the system that triggers the mailingsWe have now resolved it and he should not receive further emails or contacts We thanked Mr [redacted] for making us aware of the issues and offered our assistance if he wished to reach out to us in the futureThank you

I am rejecting this response because:As I have told customer service supervisors [redacted] and [redacted] the website where you place your order is still running advertisingIt states ships in a week when everyone at the company says they are so busy right now its not possible Tomorrow is weeks since I ordered and now they are out of the calendar I requestedYou can order a car and have it built in weeks this isn't rocket science people Say what you do and do what you say!

We have contacted Mr [redacted] in regards to his complaint, wehave agreed to substitute the item for another one that is available and alsowe will review at our end the root cause for the lack of communication from ourArt Department to him, his current order will be rushed so it can ship as soonas possible; we have also sent him additional calendars at no extra cost due tothe inconvenience and he has agreed to thisSomeone from our executive teamwill be following up with the customer

After over years of purchasing from Myron Corporation with a few errors here and there this was the absolute Worst Experience I have ever had I placed an order two months ago The got the name, the spelling, the art work wrong over a dozen times Even after speaking directly to the sales staff and going over the errors in a detailed e-mail, every line clearly written they still got it wrong I placed an order which consisted of three parts I place the same order every year Customer service can't remember what they did seconds ago because a different person responds each time I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MYRON AGAIN I will recommend to my friends, clients and customer base to never do business with Myron Don't trust them My Order placed in October is no longer available in December because they sold the product that was reserved for me to someone else The sales staff lied, the customer service personnel lied and after waiting on the phone to speak to management for minutes I refuse to take 1/of an advertising order I am returning the small part they did complete and severing my relationship with Myron, Sandra C***t and this entire company forever

When you PURCHASE the product, NOTHING states nor do they disclose NOR did I sign anything that stated they would be RENTING our informationI have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" that is NOT part of industry standard to sell or RENT peoples private informationThis is NOT resolved and people need to know that they do thisThe OPT-OUT option was not given when I purchased products because they did not disclose the renting of information at the time of purchase

“deactivated” on the same day. Good Afternoon,Mr. [redacted]'s order was placed on April 2014. On June we received his first complaint in regards of some pens having their ink skip. He agreed to a partial replacement which we sent.On September 2014, Mr. [redacted] placed a second complaint as some pens were falling apart. He agreed to another partial replacement, this time we replaced with a different pen style.On December 2014, he placed a third complaint about the last replacement of pens falling apart as well. He agreed to a partial replacement of a different style.Following up on his complain with the Revdex.com in regards of receiving a different style to what he thought he would receive (on the third replacement of 20 pens); we contacted him and let him know that we can gladly replace the incorrect 20 pens with the 20 of the correct style that he wanted once the incorrect ones are returned to us with the return labels that we would send.Unfortunately we cannot grant a full replacement of the original quantity of the order as we've been replacing the pens according to issues he expressed at different times.We can gladly refund the order once we receive the complete merchandise back.Thank you.
