We moved out 12/16/
After having house cleaned property management did a inspection with out notifying us of dateWe had left trash bins fullwhich is on us yes
*** not notifying us of inspection had taken our keys to house at *** *** ***
Wants to charge us rent for the time she had possession of property keysWe could not do anything about trash on the side of house
Our house was also uninhabitable in MAY do to incorrect winterization of property which *** *** was in charge of taking care of
We had too cleaning crews in house that are licensed contractors
*** is stating she hired a third crew to clean againIs charging us for that as well
essentially do to our cleaning, uninhabitable residence (NO WATER) and our move in inspection where house was in complete un cleaned when we moved inWe require our whole deposit be returned immediately
We have complete documentation of all areas of house
