The dealership held my car for over 2 weeks without attempting to fix it. On April 20th my engine stalled leaving work that evening. I called Roadside assistance and my Tucson was towed to myrtle beach hyundai dealership at 11pm. April 21st the service department called and told me my engine seized and I would need a new engine and that my warranty would not cover this. April 22nd I call hyundai headquarters to file a claim, and was told the dealership had started the claim that same day and I would hear back from the dealership within 72 hours. April 26th, I call hyundai headquarters to check on the claim, and was told it is still pending. May 2nd I call headquarters and was told my claim was denied, and that it was denied on April 28th. I ask why was I not informed of this and the response I got was the dealership was supposed to notify me. May 6th, I released the Tucson to Archers Auto shop and within 1 hour they call me and tell me they found the drain plug, and filled the e
