I submitted my check for $ and a letter of instructions for when I wanted my mail forwarded in May Obviously my letter was not read since my mail was not sent on schedule in June When I called their office on June 9th, 2015, I was intentionally LIED to about when my mail would be sent When I did not receive my mail on June 12th, 2015, I called again and was told my mail had not been sent; but would be sent in July I asked that my PMB #be canceled; that I would make other arrangements (a Post Office Box) for the delivery of my mail I am now being told I will not receive a refund of my $229.00; that there are NO refunds - - even for THEIR sloppy and inefficient operation I may proceed with other options to have my money refunded since this outfit is not managed, staffed nor equipped to be trusted with the USmail Even the local Postmaster in Crestview advised me by phone AGAINST using a mail forwarding service I would NOT recommend this outfit!
