I purchased an item through this companyThey sent it but I have not received itI requested from the seller for a refund or a package sent to me that I can obtainI have contacted USPS and also spoke with my mail personThey have no idea where the package isI would think this is why the shipper has insurance, for circumstances like thisI have reached out to the seller and he/she explains to me that its not their problem and they refuse to do anything about it
