I signed up with this website(myscore.com) to find out my Rico score for a free trial period of 5 days, after the 5th you have too pay a monthly fee of $25.00 . After recieving my score, I promptly called the customer care line to cancel my membership. When the "customer service agent" came on the line, The agent immedately disreguarded my response to cancellation of the membership and attempted to sales pitch me a free $100.00 gift card.After a very frustrating 3 or 4 minutes, I was given another phone number to call which would allow me to cancel my membership (The new phone number was a AT&Tdirectory assistance line, not the department I was directed too). After calling a third time and going through the same process, I still made no progress in cancelling my membership and my phone number was now blocked ,So I could no longer contacted the "customer care" phone line.
