Customers complaint comes from a general misunderstanding of real estate sales, the multiple listing service and internetSavvy Lane formerly My Secret Agent, listed customer’s property at *** ** *** *** *** WA 98662, on 3/12/and was cancelled/expired on 4/14/2014. Attached is a
report from the Regional Multiple Listing Service (where customers property was listed for sale) that clearly shows the List (listing) date and Exp (expiration/cancel) date of the listing highlighted in yellow.The listing has not been active since then and was cancelled when the seller requested it on 4/14/Customers should know that once something is on the Internet it can stay there foreverA google search of the subject property will bring up dozens of results that show the home, its history and many other detailsAttached is a screenshot of a google search of subject property.Per customers request we made the extra effort of removing the page on our site even though technically we are allowed to keep past properties on the site. Customer may now check and see that the property is no longer on our website but may need to clear his cache or do a hard refresh to checkJust because the property is on a website does not mean that it is still actively for sale on the Multiple Listing Service

All Real Property, Owner information and Tax information are Public Records, that can be found on many different public, government and private company websitesWe have nothing more on our website then anyone else.Since customers was adamant about having the information removed we did so by redirecting it to our main page, which customer proves with his attachmentsSo we are not sure why he rejected the resolution.If you enter a listing on the MLS it becomes public informationIf you google customers address, hundreds of other sites will have the informationScreenshot attached
