These people are #1 when it comes to scandalous scams. My mother was looking to replace her 2014 Chevy Malibu that was totalled in an accident. I do a lot of my mother's foot work as I am her caregiver. We go online & she sees a 2013 Chevy Camaro with 13,004 miles on it so we requested a quote which came back at $15,999 so we proceed with the purchase. We tell them we have $8,000 to put down, was going to transfer the license/tags/plate from the Malibu and wanted only GAP coverage. Real simple and looking at total after financing would run my mother maybe $11,000 at the very most. Since we live 3 hours away we arranged for it to be inspected by our own mechanic and had it delivered after their finance department went over the terms with us. When they came to explaining the GAP coverage {1} they listed off every extended warranty that there was and not presenting them individually. I have this conversion {scam} recorded. {2}They took advantage of my mother by telling us they would deliver around 7'ish p.m. but didn't show up till close to midnight having to wake her up. They went over everything for her to sign and everything looked great but they left with our copy and when we got it in the mail which too way too long it was totally different. The price of the car turned into $19,759 and they itemized a list of things they added {tinted windows, special paint, special interior, every extended warranties they had. They didn't even transfer the license/tags/plates either. Final cost total after financing came to over $23,000. By the time we got someone to return our call {we left message saying we were coming in} they told us that it's already been approved by the bank and tho they gave some cash back {approx $3,500} they said they didn't have any more to give us & suggested that we make huge payments to eliminate the extra finance charge that we have to pay. Scandalous bcuz if that's the way we wanted to go we wouldn't of financed.

They even got us on our 3 month service check. I would say they didn't do it at all bcuz they said they rotated the tires but they didn't rotate the leak that was in one of the tires. To late to prove it now but it had the same oil filter in it which is not the brand they use so that means they didn't change the oil.
