great company and great people.
I am writing to express my satisfaction with the service I received from mysewingmall when I purchased my Ricoma 1501 embroidery machine. I was initially a bit hesitant to purchase a machine online, but I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received .

After I placed my order, I received my machine within a few days. The machine was well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. I was also very impressed with the included accessories. The machine came with everything I needed to get started, including a variety of embroidery fonts and designs.

I have been using my Ricoma 1501 for about 6 months now, and I am very happy with it. The machine is easy to use and produces beautiful results. I have also been very impressed with the customer service I have received since I purchased my machine. I have contacted them on several occasions with questions or concerns, and they have always been quick to respond and helpful.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase of the Ricoma 1501 embroidery machine. I would definitely recommend mysewingmall to anyone.

I have a horrible experience with the company that is registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The customer service is incompetent, unresponsive, unprofessional. Spent 2 month chasing after them. Finally they delivered the sewing machine. Another headache they caused me when negotiating a sewing table. They don't know the difference between MDF and Solid wood, providing a wrong specs even through Email though I made sure asking the same question over and over again. Then they did not have the table, afterwards telling me there is one damaged, then colleague tells me they can order online (again he meant different table without informing me). Their manager is on the same level delaying answers from one day to another, hearing the same promise every single day for a week and then not even answering the phone. Finally I drop the table since I saw no light at the end of the tunnel and agreed on the assembly of the sewing machine with technician book the next day. I waited for confirmation by phone just before the time was up and nothing. Called the service, as usual no answer. Sent messages over the whatsup to two people in the service. One did not answer and the other 'was in the meeting' (the same answer I heard over and over). Its been 2 month and my business is in limbo because of such a service. Very upset, very disappointed. Feel disgusted by such a bad attitude towards customers.
