I am responding to a complaint submitted on 7/29/2016, ID #***.The customer stated that because of the photos and videos on our website, he was led to believe that our product was different than it actually is.His request is that we pay for the shipping to return the item to us, and to give him a full refund including the shipping costs of the original item.He has contacted our Customer Service Department.The Folks in our Customer Service Department have issued a Call Tag, which means that the carrier that delivered the package will come and pick it/them up.The shipping charges for the return are billed to us, because we issued the Call Tag.As soon as we receive the goods back, we will be crediting him the full amount he paid for the items and the shipping. He has been informed that this is what we will do.We hope that this resolves this issue.Please let me know if I need to respond in a different manner, or if you or the customer has any more questions.Thank you for your help.Best,Renee
