Review: Mystery-Shoppers-USA Is A Scam. I Recieved A Fake Check In The Mail From Them Claiming That I Had To Deposit It Into My Bank Account & They Have Me An Assignment To Go Shopping At Specific Stores With The Money.

The Check Will Bounce. They Just Want Your Money.Desired Settlement: To Have This Business Shut Down. I Dont Want To See Anyone Get Scammed.

Review: Received a general letter with check for $1690 specifying terms of how to distribute the money: $420 Training and evaluation pay $100 [redacted] purchase $100 [redacted] purchase $970 [redacted] and $10-100 [redacted] service fees. The check was deposited into my girlfriend's bank account 11/**/13, funds available 11/**/13 to complete the specified transactions inclusive of the [redacted] on 11/**/13. On 11/**/13 the check for $1690 was returned and my girlfriend's bank account was overdrawn by $1247.51. I went to the bank with my girlfriend on 11/**/13 and was informed that she would have to bring her bank account balance back to a positive balance and the bank was unable to assist as this was reported as fraudulent activity and was an action taken from this organization to an individual and not the bank. My girlfriend contacted a Mystery Shopper USA representative 11/**/13 who identified himself as [redacted] when she asked him his name and he had a heavy sounding accent which sounded [redacted] in descent. She explained the nature of the problem and inquired as to why the check was returned when all the designated tasks had been completed. He was evasive and told her to call back at 1 pm. She asked him what would be different at 1 pm and he would not answer other than to repeat himself to tell her to call back at 1 pm. When she questioned him further he hung up on her. I have been deceived by an organization who misrepresented themselves and did not inform me they were returning the check which then resulted in a major overdraft in my girlfriend's bank account leaving us with nothing to live on the rest of the month.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the money that was withdrawn from my girlfriend's account-$1690 and I want MYSTERY SHOPPER-USA held accountable for their actions and to no longer be allowed to engage in fraudulent business. If they continue to engage in fraudulent business, I want them punished to the fullest extent of the law. NOTE: My address is [redacted]. I do NOT reside in New York, New York. Review: I got a letter from these people with a check for $1670 to be a "Mystery Shopper". I did not cash the check, nor did I do anything they asked. I just wanted to bring this matter to your attention, although I know it has been brought before. I don't need any settlement, I just want them to be forced out of business for fraud.Desired Settlement: I just want them out of business for fraud.
